Twenty U.S. universities promote study opportunities in Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, Campinas, Belo Horizonte, Recife, Fortaleza e Belém

 

The U.S. Mission in Brazil, together with the Department of State’s EducationUSA and partner institutions in Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, Campinas, Belo Horizonte, Recife, Fortaleza e Belém, will host the EducationUSA Roadshow for Brazilians interested in studying in the United States.  Twenty U.S. universities will provide detailed information on undergraduate and graduate, postgraduate, intensive English courses, long and short terms intensive, in the United States.  EducationUSA and the U.S. Consulate staff will also provide presentations on visas and will be available to answer all questions related to study programs/student visas. The Fairs are free of charge and to register, go to the EducationUSA website: http://educationusa.org.br/site/inscricao/.

During the event, visitors will be able to receive information about admission procedures and requirements, costs and financing, and scholarship opportunities directly from the U.S. institutions’ representatives responsible for students’ admission at a U.S. institution. There will also be presentations about the U.S. educational system, undergraduate and graduate admission processes, financial aid, exams required to join a U.S. institution and procedures to obtain student visas.
