Embassies and Cultural Centers promote International Film Festival in commemoration of women’s month

The event will take place from 7 to 11 March and brings together films from six countries

Brasilia, March 1, 2023: The Embassies of the United States, Portugal, Spain, Germany, France, Japan and the Secretary of Culture and Creative Economy of the Federal District, in partnership with the binational cultural centers Casa Thomas Jefferson, Instituto Camões, Instituto Cervantes, Goethe-Zentrum and Aliança Francesa in Brasilia promote an International Film Festival in commemoration of International Women’s Month. The show, which takes place from March 7-11, aims to show films about the rights and empowerment of women from different countries and to raise awareness about gender equality. Admission is free.
