The U.S. Embassy and Consulates General in Brazil will host a Virtual Town Hall on Thursday, May 28 at 10:00am (UTC-3) to discuss questions or concerns related to Social Security and other U.S. federal benefits. Representatives from the Lisbon Federal Benefits Unit, the regional office responsible for Brazil, will be present to answer your questions about benefits provided by the following U.S. federal agencies: Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Personnel Management, Railroad Retirement Board, Medicare, and Department of Labor. We encourage U.S. citizens in Brazil with interest in this topic to participate.
