
NASA Administrator Charles F. Bolden, Jr. will travel to Brasilia on February 23, 2015. Administrator Bolden will meet with key counterparts at the Brazilian Space Agency (AEB) and the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MCTI) to reinforce U.S.-Brazil cooperation in innovation, scientific research, increasing academic exchanges, and building scientific capacity in the two countries. While in Brasilia, Bolden will also meet with approximately 600 high school students to discuss NASA’s Legacy and Future and about his own experiences as an astronaut. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to send questions for Administrator Bolden to respond to via U.S. Mission Brazil’s Facebook page, starting today. Bolden will select up to five questions from those submitted to respond to; and, his responses will be broadcast via video on the Mission’s social media platforms starting Wednesday, February 25.
