The visit is part of a travel to Central and South America to grow the Clean Network and strengthen cooperation on environment.
Brasilia, November 06, 2020: The U.S. Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment, Keith Krach, will visit São Paulo and Brasília, on November 7-11, for a series of meetings with high-ranking representatives of the Brazilian government and business leaders to discuss environmental collaboration, the rapidly-growing Clean Network, information security issues, and shared economic and national security objectives.
In São Paulo, the U.S. delegation will have meetings with Brazilian investors and leaders of the private sector.
In Brasilia, the delegation will participate in meetings with high-ranking representatives of the Brazilian government to discuss a range of issues related to trade, the environment, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, clean networks, and discuss concrete ways to reinforce the solid partnership between Brazil and the United States.
